These grains are harvested from ripe wheat plants and then milled to preserve their natural goodness. We use the seeds which are being cultivated in sub continent for ages. We also make sure that no GMO wheat being sown or cultivated near our wheat fields to prevent any type of pollination which may pollute our wheat seeds.
