The company launched in 2017 and today owns and operates a portfolio of 63MW of batteries across eight sites, ranging from small 250kw units to 29MW sites which provide a range of services from frequency balancing to reserve power. Since then the company has also raised over £80 million to invest in battery storage projects and assembled a team with a wealth of power technology, finance, and strategy skills.
