Visagi Coraggiosi

Our love for cooking and entrepreneurial ventures inspired us to create Visagi Coraggiosi, our farm in the province of Viterbo, dedicated to the production of organic extra virgin olive oil from Canino single variety olives and to promoting the culture of this millenary food. Have you ever heard of this plant before? It is a single variety olive known by the Etruscans which is very resistant, characterized by a rich foliage and a small and aromatic fruit.
