In Leduc, Alberta on May 27, 2015, Calle Mexico "(Mexico Street)" was brought into the world. We started out our tour by showcasing our Mexican cuisine by setting up a tiny food truck in the parking lot of the Leduc Chamber of Commerce. This idea came about as a result of our desire to promote our cuisine.
We were sure that a lot of people did not know about the delicious specialties that we were offering, and that a lot of Mexicans were longing for them. This is the type of food that may be purchased on the streets of any city in Mexico.
Because of our authenticity and the deliciousness of our food, a line of customers has formed in front of Our Truck in order to place an order of our outstanding cuisine.
The original chefs and proprietors of Calle Mexico, Juan Talango and his wife Angelica Del Carmen, today own and run the thriving family business that bears their names. Calle Mexico has become quite profitable.
