Teddy Bear ELC on Vine Street is the first and currently the only service in Hurstville to be awarded the highly valued “exceeding” rating in education from the Department of Education under the new exacting standards. Director and Educational leader Belinda works exclusively with the children, utilizing her vast experience spanning 31 yrs in the early childhood industry to enrich the program with hands-on real-life experiences. We work closely with families and the community and has been rated “exceeding” in this area also from recognizing and incorporating the knowledge, culture, and ideas from home and the informed community. Our Centre has a warm and family-like feel to the service and recognizes the value that nature play adds.
