The project is designed on a piece of three acre land at Siddartha Vihar, Ghaziabad which is allotted by Uttar Pradesh Aawas Evam Vikas Parishad (UPAVP) in the name of Envyrons Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. The project is planned in three phases with approximate 699 flats. Phase – I consist of Tower C & D . Tower C will have two basement and G +25 storeyed with fully furnished duplex units at Ground Floor and 1st Floor with villas at top two floors. Tower D will be 2B + G + 24 storeyed. The second phase consist of Tower ‘B’ which would be two basement with G + 22 storeys also with duplex unit as well as villas. The third phase consist of Tower ‘A’ which would be two basement & G + 22 storeys along with villas at top two storeys. The vibrant feature of the project is that the use of “Aluminium shuttering” for each flats ( excluding basement & Duplex Units ). Another most thumping feature of the Project is one foot Extra Height.
