Hrdayam School of Yoga focuses on bringing the authentic teachings of Yoga to the local and international community. Our school was founded and created by Bettina and Pamela-Francis Stuetz, a mother and daughter team, sharing a vision of spreading the light of Yoga. We offer a wide variety of Online Yoga Teacher Training, 1:1 Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Ayurveda Lifestyle & Diet Consultations online.
