Half Full Not Empty (HFNE)

The HFNE(Half Full Not empty) charity covers anxiety help, depression help and loneliness. We tackle these issues through our self-help app, a community managed by licensed counsellors, purpose-built content for schools, mental health workshops, on-demand licensed online counsellors, psychologists, free listeners and therapists who are available; through our HFNE app for those who are struggling with their mental health and need help.
