Foothills Psychotherapy

Group therapy practice providing therapy to youth and adults in person in La Crescenta and throughout the state of California using telehealth. Specialties include therapy for trans young adults, therapy for parents and caregivers whose children have come out as LGBTQ+, sports performance therapy, couples therapy, and therapy for trauma and anxiety. There are therapists trained and certified in Brainspotting therapy, EMDR, and Gottman therapy. Supervision also provided for associate therapists.
