Doug Krussel, founder of K3 Nutriments, has been immersed in fitness and nutrition since the age of 10. He began with powerlifting, where he earned three Nebraska state titles in high school, then went on to win the Mr. Nebraska Light Heavy Weight title three times. After qualifying for Nationals and stepping away from competition in 2004, Doug never stopped training—physically, mentally, or spiritually.
