Complete Health and Performance (CPC) is Durham’s leading rehabilitation, fitness, and sports performance centre. Complete Health and Performance (CPC) is privately owned and operated. We offer a hands-on approach with a high degree of personal service from experienced health practitioners, coaches, and trainers who are committed to helping our clients reach their full potential. Since first opening in January 2009 under the name “Complete Sports Performance”, Complete Health and Performance has grown & expanded, accepting new clients from across the GTA who utilize a wide variety of our services and programs.
