Before the formation of the joint venture, “JK MARKETING SDN. BHD.”, was formerly known as the authorized distributor of FUJIOH INTERNATIONAL TRADING PTE. LTD. in Malaysia. The company was formally established as new subsidiary and renamed as ""FUJIOH MARKETING MALAYSIA SDN. BHD."" on April 1st, 2021.
