Shoreline-based Evergreen Window Cleaning & Home Maintenance is a family-owned business committed to excellence. We serve our customers by cleaning windows, gutters, roofs, home exteriors, and hardscape. Kreg Koelling founded Evergreen in 1996. The company changed hands in 2010 when Kreg sold to Keith Sherman, one of his field technicians at the time. Keith & Julianne Sherman continued to grow the business with the same think-like-the-customer approach that Kreg had first instilled in the company. Initially, Julianne began in the office while Keith worked in the field with the guys. But the needs of a growing family and Julianne’s passion for homeschooling led her to hang up the office work and turn her focus on the kids. Julianne’s mother, Judi, came aboard at that time to take over the office duties.
