Sinopec (Hong Kong) Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Hong Kong Company") was established in October 1989. It entered the Hong Kong Airport jet fuel refueling business in 1999 and the Hong Kong refined oil retail market in 2004. In 2007, Sinopec acquired the Hong Kong oil and gas assets and businesses of China Resources Petrochemical Corporation. Since then, Hong Kong Company has owned assets covering the entire oil and gas storage, transportation, and sales chain in Hong Kong, including oil depots, gas stations, and vessels.
