Vanilla and Pepper Catering and Events

Vanilla and Pepper Catering and Events was born out of a 15-year professional relationship and friendship between two diverse Las Vegas chefs. One has an Italian background and culinary experience working around Europe in a Michelin-star restaurant and 5 star hotels, as well as a nomination for the Nevada Restaurant Association (NRA) Culinary Excellence award. The other has a Latin-American background, culinary and front of the house experience in the Las Vegas and Los Angeles area. They have both collaborated with a James Beard Foundation Award recipient, and have worked at numerous exclusive events, such as the NRA’s, Las Vegas Epicurean Affair, Grammy Awards, and Five-Star Sensation Benefit in Cleveland. After many years of working in the hospitality industry, gaining knowledge and experience the two chef friends fulfilled a dream of opening a catering business.
