Our company, Assured Property Private Limited, was founded by Yashwanth Kallem, the Managing Director, and Kartik Erukla, the Joint Managing Director. Both were driven by a passion for Real Estate. The mission of our company is to make investments affordable in this sector. So that, investors benefit immensely in the future. Our Organization originated from a 2-acre venture in 2019, which increased to a 250 acres property by the end of the year 2020. Our vision is to increase our land assets to 2,000 acres by the year 2025, through which we would be able to connect to all the National Highways surrounding Hyderabad. We also intend to have 5,000 full-time personnel by the end of 2022. Assured Property is a single-window destination for sensible investment decisions. And we can proudly state that we satisfy our customers by providing them assurance in quality. Owing to the futuristic vision of our founders, the organization has grown exponentially.
