The Phoenix is a family-owned fixture in Washington, D.C., first opening its doors in 1955. The thoughtfully curated collection of global & sustainable fashion, jewelry, and home goods was founded by Bill and Betty Hays. The two traveled to Mexico annually with their family where they would curate their collection of clothing and artwork for their Georgetown storefront.
