Revv was found on the core idea of eliminating the wait time of our valued customers stalled on the side of the road. To do so, we have enhanced our dispatch system, the fleet of tow trucks, staff hiring, and training methods. But we still felt that it wasn’t enough, so we kept striving to innovate the best possible system. And finally learned that high tech dispatch software, best-trained staff, and our fancy new trucks along with top of the line equipment alone could never enable us to achieve what we aimed. It’s the customers’ feedback and criticism, which made us believe that we could reach our goals. That being said, we request all our customers to share their experiences. The core of our existence depends on customers’ suggestions, recommendations, and, most importantly, complaints.
