The human body is a form of life which is a tiny and well harmonized Universe. For this reason the body has everything needed to maintain its life and to exist in Nature as an integral and independent phenomenon. Originally “Su” means a hand, and “Jok” means a foot. This course describes the systems of correspondence of the hands and feet which are panels of remote control of a person’s health. These treatment systems function as small clinics which improve the body’s conditions in a natural way. If we carefully analyse how closely our hands and feet follow the structure of our body, we shall be able to understand the mechanics of these treatment systems and to determine the points and areas that have to be stimulated in case of an illness.
