A DENTAL IMPLANT is a metal post (titanium) that is surgically placed into the jawbone beneath the gums that allows us to mount replacement teeth or a bridge into that area. An implant doesn't come out like a denture can. Dental implants also benefit general bone and teeth health because they do not take support of other tooth.
