Sprocket

A sprocket is a profiled wheel with teeth that mesh with a chain, track or other perforated or indented material. We developed this sprocket according to the drawing of the customer with high accuracy. This sprocket have number of thirteen teeth. First of all we were cut the material as per the size of the part then step by step doing machining like holes, turning, grinding and in last produced the cogs. We are achieve the high level of expertise in design, development and manufacturing of any simple/critical mechanical parts. size, material and weight of this product is respectively - OD - 56.6 mm, ID - 28 mm, Length - 65.5 mm, Pitch - 1/2", Nylon, 71 Grams.
