Shelf system stainless steel trays improve heat conduction to samples. Technical Specification Controlling System Microprocessor based autotune PID temperature controller with a dual display of set value & process value for precise control of temperature. Heating System Heating element made from best quality Kanthal DSD wire is used to develop unique temperature inside the chamber. Insulation 4” high grade glass wool insulation for rectangular model & 3” high grade glass wool insulation for the circular model to minimized heat loss. Features The toughened glass window in the door to allow viewing of samples inside the chamber. Secure door latch & silicon gasket on the vacuum chamber to tight seal & maintain leak rate less than 1Hg. per 24 hour period. Specially designed stainless steel rod trays ensure uniform temperature distribution. Safety Features Safety cum standby thermostat to cut off the heater supply in case of overshoot of temperature.
