Employment Based U.S. Permanent Residency

Employment-based permanent residency is one of the most common avenues that immigrants use to acquire a Green Card. An employment-based permanent resident card or Green Card is a foreign citizen’s ticket to being able to live and work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
