I was originally born in the vibrant state of New York where I spent a significant portion of my life before moving to Colorado. It was during my college years at Colorado State University that I fell in love with the Centennial State, and I decided to make it my home. After completing my education, I ventured to Philadelphia for a brief period before returning to Colorado with a vision to leave my mark on the real estate landscape. I took a bold step by purchasing a duplex in Philadelphia, a strategic move that allowed me to combine my love for real estate with my goal of generating monthly income.
