Such is this luxurious home, which is a beautiful and harmonious mix of our signature style and the client’s identity, aspirations, and reflection of their personality. A luxury home in the city of Bengaluru, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, is nestled in Yelahanka. Built on a 45-foot by 60-foot east-facing plot This home was designed keeping in mind two Millennial children who were pursuing engineering and medicine. Having an aspirational lifestyle, they wanted a contemporary and luxurious home with all adequate amenities. The house consists of a G+2 structure, whereas the ground floor is dedicated to parking and a guest bedroom. The house was designed with Vaastu in mind. The actual house starts on the first floor, where all common spaces are placed. The living room has double-height space to add grandness. The dining room is flanked by wood and metal stairs on one side and an internal courtyard with a vertical garden and a stone sculpture. A couple of bedrooms are placed on the level above for their son and daughter. The ad-top floor is for entertainment spaces like a covered terrace and a bar and home theater. These spaces are well-designed.
