A2 Cow Milk Ghee

Highland Farms ghee is pure, nutritious, and prepared from free-range A2 cow milk. Our traditional process of ghee making involves setting the cow milk to curd overnight. The curd then goes through the bilona method of separating butter from the curd. This butter is then washed and melted into ghee.
