**Terms and Conditions** - This deal is valid from **12 October 2025** to **01 October 2026**. - Prices are FOB India and subject to change based on market fluctuations. - Minimum order quantity (MOQ): **1 metric ton**. - Packaging options: **25kg / 50kg / customized**, as per buyer requirement. - Payment terms: **Advance TT / LC at sight**. - Delivery lead time: **7–15 working days** after order confirmation. - Quality certifications (FSSAI, APEDA, Spice Board) and export documents will be provided with each shipment. - Nayol Food Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or cancel the deal in case of unforeseen circumstances or regulatory changes. - All disputes subject to **Barmer, Rajasthan jurisdiction**.
