Job Location: Domlur Job Description • Excellent command of professional English and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Source and select applicants for a variety of positions, both internal and external. • Calling , sourcing and screening the right candidate for the right job. • Communicate with candidates, embodying the Deluxe core values in every conversation. • List job ads on job boards, social media, and other possible channels. • Understand Client Requirements and deliver accordingly • Goal oriented and focused • Experience managing the recruitment and headhunting process to include identifying the right talent, scheduling, sending confirmations, and participating in the interview process. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Very good research skill and vast general knowledge. • Extremely resourceful with a good ability to work independently.
