Each treatment is catered to meet the patients needs. There are different types of massage techniques, depending on the type of condition being treated. Our commonly used techniques include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilizations, Stretching etc. Our practitioners are self-screening by performing the BC Covid-19 Self Assessment Tool daily and will stay home and cancel appointments if experiencing Covid-19 symptoms.
