In the year 1993 Sharplex Agro Process (India) Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated to takeover Sharplex Agro Process Engineers, a proprietorship firm established in the same year with Mr.Satish Vasudeo Khadke as the Proprietor. In year 2002 the name was changed to "Sharplex Filters (India) Pvt. Ltd.
